I am Rabie Jouni, a Syrian visual artist based in Berlin.

My work is an evolving conversation between body, emotion, and identity—a tactile process of healing and self-reclamation.

Growing up where queerness and vulnerability were often silenced, art became my sacred space to transform shame into tenderness, and longing into physical creation.

Through my ongoing project, Museum of Human Emotions, I explore the raw and poetic landscapes of being human. Across paintings, wax sculpture, textiles, and organic elements, I make figures whose faces are covered or turned away, so that vision gives way to feeling. Each piece is an artifact of an inner state, and a gentle act of remembrance that to feel deeply, to desire, and to be seen in our wholeness is already enough.
